Vibra-Marimba Study Mallets - Medium Hard
The Vibra Marimba Study Medium Hard VME03 mallets produce a versatile, bright sound, ideal for supporting young percussionists as they learn the vibraphone. Their precise definition favours clean articulation and good legibility of the notes.
Their precise attack, light projection and light feel make for fluid, agile playing. The lightness of the head brings great ease in the upper registers and helps control of the stroke.
Part of the Study series, they are mainly suited to vibraphone, while also being usable occasionally on marimba. The yarn, renowned for its durability and acoustic qualities, helps maintain a consistent, long-lasting sound.
Available with a choice of wooden or composite handle. Wood offers a firm hold and direct transmission; the flexible composite comes close to the feel of rattan and remains stable whatever the humidity conditions.
