Vibraphone Mallets Signature Jean Geoffroy – Medium Hard
The Signature Jean Geoffroy Medium Hard mallets produce a bright, round and deep sound, particularly well suited to musicians seeking precision, richness of tone and versatility.
Their clean, bright and versatile attack ensures excellent legibility of each note. The projection is full and sustained, while the feel remains responsive, dense and well balanced. Their wide dynamic range and excellent response allow them to retain precision and expressiveness in many playing contexts.
The weight of the head brings power, depth and foundation to the sound, while favouring a generous projection. The yarn, renowned for its durability and acoustic qualities, helps maintain a consistent, long-lasting sound over time.
Available with rattan or wooden handles. For vibraphone we recommend rattan: more flexible and more comfortable, it also allows the instrument's sound to develop more fully, without the colouration or vibrations characteristic of wooden handles.
