The 5B sticks develop a broader, fuller sound than the 5A, while retaining excellent articulation. They bring a fuller-bodied tone and more volume, on the snare drum as well as on the toms.
Their thick, solid feel comes with a firm, well-controlled rebound. The clean, assertive attack keeps precision and stability, even at fast tempos and in sustained passages.
Made from hickory, they offer excellent resistance to intensive rehearsals while retaining lasting playing comfort.
