The Signature Hsin Hsuan Wu 04 mallets develop a warm, versatile sound, with a balanced definition in which roundness and articulation naturally complement each other.
Their easy, progressive, fairly bright attack favours fluid, precise, expressive playing. Projection is excellent, while the feel remains pleasant, balanced and responsive. Their wide dynamic range allows rich, expressive nuances to be maintained in many playing contexts.
The dense head brings a full-bodied tone, depth and foundation to the sound, while bringing out the fundamental. This model is particularly suited to the contemporary repertoire and to works by Pius Cheung, Éric Sammut or Emmanuel Séjourné, as well as pieces such as Moi, Jeu, Velocities, Merlin, etc.
Available with rattan or wooden handles.
