The Signature Gert François "ORCHESTRA 03" timpani mallets were developed for orchestral playing and the professional repertoire. They offer a medium, powerful and well-projected sound, particularly suited to passages calling for presence, impact and authority within the orchestral ensemble.

The felt head, combined with a cork core and wound materials, brings a balance between roundness, precision and power. This model is particularly suited to repertoire such as Shostakovich's 7th Symphony.

The bamboo handle, flexible and light, encourages a natural rebound and great finesse of playing. Its diameter of approx. 11 mm, combined with the grip, ensures a comfortable and precise hold.
